The Single Station Vertical Ladder is a simple item of outdoor fitness equipment which can provide a lot of great benefits when incorporated into a user's exercise routine. This ladder has seven rungs, which are spaced far enough apart to allow users feet to fit comfortably between them, but not so far apart that any user above the age of twelve should have any problem reaching them.

Climbing the ladder requires both arm and leg movement, so this exercise improves both upper and lower body strength, as well as cardiovascular health. In addition to climbing, the bars can be used for other arm and leg exercises as well. The frame is made from durable steel tubes with a galvanized finish that keeps out any rust or corrosion. It comes standard with a powder coat of blue paint, but other colors can be requested from one of our talented sales representatives.
